Listed below, here are a few items you may find helpful in working with us:

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment is due when the project is complete.
  • Credit card payments for future orders are encouraged - GET YOUR POINTS!
  • Initial orders require a 50% deposit if over $1,000.
  • 30-day payment terms available for corporate clients with approval.

POSTAGE PAYMENTS

  • Postage for Direct Mail projects must be paid before mailing via USPS.
  • Credit card postage payments incur a 4% processing fee (we do not markup postage).
  • If postage is invoiced after mailing, a 4% markup will be applied on the invoice.

PROOFING PROCESS

  • Standard PDF proof will be sent via email for every job.
  • Verbal approvals are not accepted unless confirmed via email.
  • Hardcopy proofs are available upon request - just ask your contact.

PRODUCTION TIMELINES

  • Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days from final proof approval.
  • Same-day, 24-hour, and 48-hour production available depending on complexity. (Complex or high-quantity jobs may require more time.)
  • Need a project delivered by a certain date? Let us know early!
  • Delivery transit times (USPS, UPS, FedEx, LTL) are separate and location-based.
  • Although we will use the best method to ship or mail your project, Fotorecord is not responsible for any carrier delays outside of our control.
